Terms and Conditions


1. Scope of Services:

Ratala Architecture and Interiors will provide architectural and interior design services as agreed upon in the project proposal and contract. The scope of services may include design concepts, drawings, plans, specifications, project management, and any other services as mutually agreed upon.

2. Fees and Payment:

2.1. The Client agrees to pay Ratala the agreed-upon fees as outlined in the project proposal and contract.

2.2. Payment terms, including milestones and due dates, will be specified in the contract. Late payments may result in a suspension of services until all outstanding payments are settled.

2.3. Additional fees may be incurred for changes to the scope of work beyond the agreed-upon terms.

3. Intellectual Property:

3.1. All design concepts, drawings, plans, and related materials created by Ratala Architecture and Interiors remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3.2. The Client may use the design plans solely for the project for which they were created. Any other use or reproduction requires our written consent.

4. Project Timeline:

4.1. We will work diligently to meet agreed-upon project timelines. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or changes in project scope. We will notify the Client promptly of any delays and work to minimize their impact.

5. Client Responsibilities:

5.1. The Client will provide Ratala Architecture and Interiors with all necessary information, approvals, and access required for the project.

5.2. The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or approvals required for the project.

5.3. The Client is responsible for all costs associated with third-party consultants or services not included in the project contract.

6. Changes and Revisions:

6.1. Any changes or revisions to the project scope must be documented in writing and agreed upon by both parties. Additional fees and project timeline adjustments may apply.

7. Termination:

7.1. Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches the terms and conditions. In such cases, the Client remains responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.

8. Confidentiality:

8.1. Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential unless otherwise required by law.

9. Liability:

9.1. Ratala Architecture and Interiors will provide services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to changes in regulations, natural disasters, or third-party actions.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from this contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.

11. Entire Agreement:

11.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Ratala Architecture and Interiors and the Client, superseding any prior agreements, written or oral.
